The Biswas Group's coaching services offering has two independent components. Clients engage us to perform any one or a combination of these three components.

The components are:

Career Coaching - this is structured around the facilitation and comprehensive step by step assistance with a development of a five year written career plan for the client. In this exercise the client with the help of the coach take various assessments and then does self diagnosis and then develops specific job descriptions for their current (or currently desired) position and their five year planned position.

After that with the help of the coach the client conducts a SWOT analysis and a gap analysis and then finally develops a specific a gap milestone plan. This is a comprehensive rigorous exercise from which the client develops a clear career plan and along the way develops deep insight.

Job Search Success Coaching - Times are tough for every open position the competition. This is value added service where the client engages us to coach, guide and tutor them in effective job search techniques.

The Biswas Group, Inc. coaches provides client with real life valuable guidance to help them successfully land the desired job. Our coaches have over 70 years of hiring experience from the inside and know the ins and outs of how to successfully deal with hiring managers and HR
departments. This service is what most out placement companies provide to very senior executives at very high fees.

The Biswas Group, Inc. provides this service to all job seekers, who by paying a very reasonable fee can have the guidance and advise of very senior HR veterans who can almost assure job placement success. The coach can also use their own recruitment contacts at various companies and basically provide the client something called "candidate advocacy".
